The voucher is valid for 6 months, and all dates are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation at least 2 days before the workshop. Cancellations made less than 2 days before the class are non-refundable.

No previous experience is needed. Úrsula guides participants through a hand-building technique, such as pinching, coiling, slab building or using moulds. The workshop takes place in a small group of up to 7 people, allowing for individual support. Depending on the complexity of the design, each participant can create one or two pieces, such as a mug, bowl, small plate or candleholder.
How do I redeem my gift voucher and book a ceramic workshop?
Book your workshop directly through our online store: 1. Open your gift card email and copy the unique gift card code. 2. Visit ursulaceramica.com and go to Ceramic Workshops. 3. Open the ceramic workshop included in your voucher and select an available date and time. 4. Add your workshop place to the cart and proceed to checkout. 5. Enter your contact details and paste the code into the gift card or discount code field, then click Apply. 6. Check that the gift card balance has been deducted and complete your order, even if the remaining total is €0. If the order total exceeds your gift card balance, you can pay the difference using another payment method. Your booking is complete once you finish checkout and receive your order confirmation email. Please redeem your voucher within its 6-month validity period. All dates are subject to availability.
How long does the workshop last, and what is included?
The workshop lasts 2 hours and includes guidance from Úrsula, clay, the tools needed during the session and two kiln firings. Each participant makes one or two ceramic pieces, depending on their complexity and working pace. Wear comfortable clothes and bring an apron. Shipping of the finished pieces is optional and charged separately.
Can I take my ceramic pieces home after the workshop?
Not on the same day. Your pieces need to dry and go through two kiln firings before they are ready. Collection is usually possible approximately 4 weeks after the workshop. The studio keeps finished pieces for up to 6 months. If you cannot collect them in Lisbon, shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.
