EXCHANGES:

If you want to exchange a purchase please send an email to ursulaceramica@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the order and we will also send you all the information and procedures by email.

RETURNS:

If you want to return a purchase please send an email to ursulaceramica@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the order and we will also send you all the information and procedures by email.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To initiate a return or cancellation, log in to your account and go to your Orders page, or contact us at ursulaceramica@gmail.com. You must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires.

Items must be returned in their original condition. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Exceptions — Custom and made-to-order pieces

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or made-to-order ceramics produced to your specifications. As each piece is handcrafted individually upon order, these items are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies as custom-made, please contact us before placing your order.
