HANDLING THE PIECES:
All ceramic pieces for sale in this shop are made by hand, which makes each piece unique with some irregularities, variations in color, shape and finish.
The photo piece may have slight differences from the one you receive and the actual color might be slightly different from the color of the screen.
All tableware can be washed in the dishwasher, but care must be taken that they do not collide with others. Tableware should not be used in the stove, oven or microwave, avoiding rapid temperature changes.
The decorative pieces can be washed by hand or with a damp cloth.

PAYMENT METHODS:
Payments are made through PayPal and MB WAY.
If you wish to pay by other method (bank transfer or cash on pick up) please get in touch with us throughout ursulaceramica@gmail.com.
SHIPPING METHODS:
The parts availability period is 2 to 10 working days.
Orders can be picked up at Sedimento Studio (Travessa Santo Ildefonso n31, Lisbon) after you receive an email saying is ready.
Orders will be sent through CTT (Correios de Portugal) with the following deadlines, after dispatch:
PORTUGAL (Continental and Islands): 2 to 3 working days
Orders will be sent through CTT (Correios de Portugal) or through transporter with the following deadlines, after dispatch:
EUROPEAN UNION: up to 7 working days
REST OF THE WORLD: variable, depending on the place of origin of the order.

Some pieces are only available on pick up in Lisbon. If you wish to ship a big size piece or fragile please get in touch with us through our email ursulaceramica@gmail.com
EXCHANGES:
If you want to exchange a purchase please send an email to ursulaceramica@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the order and we will also send you all the information and procedures by email.
