SHIPPING METHODS:

The parts availability period is 2 to 10 working days.
Orders can be picked up at Úrsula Cerâmica Studio (Rua Castelo Branco Saraiva nº18B, Lisbon) after you receive an email saying is ready.
Orders will be sent through CTT (Correios de Portugal) with the following deadlines, after dispatch:
PORTUGAL (Continental and Islands): 2 to 3 working days
Orders will be sent through CTT (Correios de Portugal) or through transporter with the following deadlines, after dispatch:
EUROPEAN UNION: up to 7 working days

10€ (2kg-3kg)

EUROPEAN UNION:

REST OF THE WORLD on special request
50€ (until 2,5kg)
75€ (2,5kg-5kg) 

International orders may be subject to the application of customs taxes for which we are not responsible.

Some pieces are only available on pick up in Lisbon. If you wish to ship a big size piece or fragile please get in touch with us through our email ursulaceramica@gmail.com
