Valentine’s Ceramic Pop-Up in Lisbon | Handmade Collection

This year’s Valentine’s ceramic pop-up at Úrsula Cerâmica in Lisbon brings together two guest artists in a collaborative window exhibition.

Just like last year, we opened applications for our Valentine’s shop window, inviting ceramic artists to work from their own projects and creative language.

Two artists, two ceramic processes

Juline Ferreira and Birta Gudrun formed a duo for this edition of the pop-up.

Juline worked primarily on the wheel, exploring functional forms through throwing.
Birta focused on hand-building, shaping pieces manually with a slower, tactile approach.

Two ceramic processes, side by side.

A handmade ceramic collection for gifting

The result is a curated selection of functional handmade ceramic pieces: candle holders, cocktail cups, ice cream bowls, ceramic frames and a handmade tic-tac-toe set.

They also developed small ceramic tiles and keychains, thoughtful handmade objects, ideal as Valentine’s gifts or small design pieces for the home.

A limited-time pop-up in Lisbon

The Valentine’s ceramic window is now open at the studio in Lisbon and will remain until the end of the month.

This pop-up is part of our ongoing commitment to support independent ceramic artists and foster creative collaboration within the studio.

If you are in Lisbon, we invite you to visit Úrsula Cerâmica and discover the collection in person.
